Faculty Profile: Karen Garrett

Karen Garrett is director for the Tennessee General Assembly's Office of Legal Services.  She also serves as special counsel to the Lieutenant Governor/Speaker of the Senate and lead counsel for the Senate State & Local Government Committee.  Karen has worked as an attorney in the Office of Legal Services since 1998.  She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
