Biography

Valerie Webb, a native of White House, Tennessee, is a member of Webb Sanders PLLC.  Valerie advises clients regarding commercial and residential real estate matters, general business matters, and matters concerning wills and estates.  Valerie represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including development, acquisition, sales, leasing and financing.  Valerie also represents lenders with respect to real estate and asset based credit facilities, and serves as counsel to the City of White House, Tennessee. 

Valerie began her practice with Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in 1997 where she was an associate in the commercial transactions department.  In 2010, Valerie and her law partner Leslie Sanders left Bass, Berry & Sims PLC to form Webb Sanders, PLLC.

Valerie serves on the board of directors of the White House Chamber of Commerce and the White House Rotary Club, and she is the chair of the real estate law section of the Tennessee Bar Association.  Valerie graduated from Rhodes College in 1994 and the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1997.
