Biography

I am a contract management and eDiscovery attorney with over 20 years of experience in private practice and litigation support. I help clients manage contracts, improve processes, and integrate technology solutions. Consulting with law firms and organizations in every aspect related to records and information management and the litigation discovery process to establish repeatable, defensible workflows. Start to finish eDiscovery services for a wide range of commercial litigation including multi-jurisdictional class actions, intellectual property, and employment litigation.
Prior to starting my own consulting firm, I was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Legal Services - for Cobra Legal Solutions, LLC. Focusing on communication and delivery between Cobra's Indian base attorney team and its clients. A Certified E-Discovery Specialist and an active member of the Sedona Conference. I have been asked to participate in panel discussions and brainstorming groups for The Sedona Conference - WG-1, 6 & 11. Prior to joining Cobra in 2010, I was a Member of the Knoxville office of Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan. I am licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Idaho. I studied at Rhodes College and the Cecil C Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee.
