Faculty Profile: Robert McGuire

I am an experienced litigator with over 90 jury trials to my credit. I was a prosecutor in Nashville for thirteen years and then started my own law firm. I handle any general civil litigation, administrative law, criminal defense and family law matters. I'm certified as a Criminal Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Tennessee Commission on CLE and Specialization. I am also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Belmont Law School and have served in that capacity at Vanderbilt Law School in the past.
