Ms. Weaver is a partner at Waller focusing her practice on False Claims Act/qui tam litigation, healthcare fraud investigations, Medicare audits and appeals and  corporate compliance issues. She has extensive experience representing healthcare providers in both federal and state False Claims Act litigation across the country, and has secured numerous legal victories for her clients in these cases. Ms. Weaver has defended pharmacy providers, hospitals, behavioral healthcare companies, long term care facilities, home health providers, laboratory companies, ambulance providers and medical device manufacturers in False Claims Act cases.  She is also a frequent writer and speaker on False Claims Act and healthcare fraud and abuse issues.  Ms. Weaver earned her J.D. at Columbia Law School and her B.F.A. from New York University.
