Faculty Profile: Ralph Frazier Jr

Al is Senior Underwriting Counsel and Senior Commercial Counsel at Fidelity National Financial Title Group, with 20 years experience in the title industry. Al specializes in factually difficult title issues, and believes that working through those issues with his customers gives the opportunity for education and marketing. A lifetime Tennessean, Al began his legal career serving the Middle Tennessee business community and private clients in areas ranging from real estate, probate law and family law, to business representation and civil litigation. In 2007, Al joined a local Middle Tennessee title agent as a principal where he sharpened his experience as a closing attorney and title agent. Transitioning into his role as an Underwriter with Old Republic Title, Al developed the reputation for providing great customer service and getting deals to the table, including many large Downtown Nashville commercial projects.
 
Al is a published author of articles on probate law issues and served on the Editorial Board of the Nashville Bar Journal. He is a frequent speaker and CLE instructor on real estate legal issues, especially in the areas of title insurance, probate and construction law. Al and his wife are avid soccer fans, with both of their daughters playing school and competitive soccer; and they are “First String” Supporters of Nashville’s MLS team, Nashville SC.
