Biography

Donna has practiced in the area of employment law and litigation since graduating with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2000.  She spent the first half of her career representing primarily employers on topics such as wage and hour issues, termination considerations, and litigation strategies in a wide array of employment lawsuits.

Driven by a passion to help others, her practice then shifted to representing employees and their rights in the workplace.  Donna has represented employees in a number of jury trials in state and federal court and has earned successful verdicts for her clients as a result.  Although the bulk of her practice has focused on employment law, overtime laws, discrimination suits, collective actions, and harassment issues, Donna has also maintained a steady load of federal criminal cases.
