Faculty Profile: Donna Mikel

Donna Mikel is a co-founder of Mikel & Hamill, a Chattanooga based employment law firm that focuses on representing individuals in employment litigation and providing strategic advice in non-litigation matters. Listed in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers, Donna has 25 years of experience in employment law and litigation and the bulk of her practice is in federal court or in pre-litigation matters. Donna has tried numerous employment law cases to verdict (and beyond), at one time had the highest-ever single plaintiff employment law verdict in East Tennessee and is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. She also occasionally represents employers and enjoys an active mediation practice. Donna is also a member of the employment law panel for the American Arbitration Association.
