Biography

As Vice President of Business Development, Eric Schultenover designs, implements and manages legal solutions for Counsel On Call clients across the country. He is based in Nashville, TN. Prior to joining Counsel On Call, Mr. Schultenover was a partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis LLP, practicing in the area of corporate restructuring and primarily representing secured and unsecured creditors, trade vendors and customers of debtor companies. He has extensive experience in the automotive and healthcare industries, among others, both domestically and internationally. In 2010 and 2011, Mr. Schultenover was recognized as a “Mid-South Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. Mr. Schultenover received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he was Order of the Coif and recipient of the David M. Becker Scholarship. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame (B.A.). Mr. Schultenover is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. He also is on the board of directors for the Nashville Civic Design Center and the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute, active with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and is the founder and owner of Good People Brewing Company in Birmingham, Ala.
