Biography
April Berman currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Special Counsel and Executive Advisor at Asurion, where she is responsible for advising on strategic matters in support of business objectives across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.
April is also an adjunct professor at the Nashville School of Law, where she teaches Business Associations. Before joining Asurion in 2005, April was in private law practice with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC.
