Faculty Profile: Eileen Burkhalter Smith

Eileen Burkhalter Smith is Disciplinary Counsel in the Investigations Section for the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.  Prior to joining the Board, Ms. Smith was a partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, PLLC, in the Trial and Appellate Practice Section.  Ms. Smith received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law, cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
