Faculty Profile: Michael Geiger

Michael Geiger's practice primarily includes two sides: mediation/arbitration and estate planning.  Michael has practiced law since 1989 with admissions in TN, NY and NJ.  His professional experiences include in-house positions with publicly traded companies, private practice, and a judicial clerkship.  Since 2004, Michael has been a TN Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Mediator (General - Civil).  Michael's ADR practice focuses on mediation of commercial disputes and arbitration of construction and financial claims.  Michael also enjoys assisting individuals, couples and business owners in developing estate plans to meet their goals.

Michael resides in Germantown, TN with his wife Kristen, their dogs, and any child not yet of college age.
