Faculty Profile: Duff Berschback II

Duff Berschback is SVP of Legal Affairs and Business Development and Sony/ATV Music Publishing in Nashville.  His legal responsibilities include contract negotiations, acquisitions, and litigation.  He also oversees Sony/ATV’s artist development program and its strategic partnerships.   Before joining Sony/ATV in 2007, Duff was in private entertainment practice in Nashville, representing artists, writers, publishing companies, independent labels, managers, and start ups.
