Biography

Attorney Bryan Moseley is a partner in the Murfreesboro law firm of Moseley & Moseley, where his main areas of practice are premises liability and civil rights litigation. Mr. Moseley is a frequent speaker on personal injury and subrogation topics for the National Business Institute, Tennessee Attorneys Memo, and other continuing legal education organizations. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Mr. Moseley is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Tennessee Bar Association, the International Code Council, and the ASTM International. He practices in both the State and Federal Courts of Tennessee.
