Biography

Brandon Bass focuses on helping people who have been badly injured or lost a loved one. His core practice areas include medical malpractice, trucking lawsuits, and products liability cases.

Brandon represents victims of medical malpractice against hospitals, doctors, and nurses. Brandon's clients include those who lost family members due to undiagnosed life-threatening cardiac conditions, including pulmonary emboli and heart attacks. Brandon helps people who have suffered disabling physical injuries, brain damage, and other permanent losses due to medical negligence.

Commercial trucking cases make up a major part of Brandon's work. He pursues cases against trucking companies, tour bus companies, and other businesses whose drivers are careless on the roads. Brandon stays up to date on federal and state laws to hold companies accountable for the harm they cause. Brandon has helped victims of serious accidents, including truck drivers who were hurt on the job.

Brandon's experience in products liability lawsuits includes industrial machinery, pharmaceuticals, automotive and tractor-trailer defects, and defects in construction materials.

Brandon serves as Parliamentarian for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, having chaired its Amicus Curiae and Membership Committees. Brandon has served on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice's New Lawyers Division. He is an active member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. Brandon earned the Trial Lawyer of the Year award from the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. He graduated from Purdue University and the University of Tennessee College of Law.
