Biography

Erin Palmer Polly has been a trial lawyer since 2002, practicing primarily in general business and tort litigation. She has represented corporate and individual clients in business tort lawsuits, civil rights lawsuits, class action lawsuits, contract disputes, disputes over covenants not to compete, professional malpractice lawsuits, and wrongful death lawsuits. Erin has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions.

Erin is a native of Winchester, Tennessee. She graduated summa cum laude from Maryville College in 1999 and cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002. She served as the Executive Student Materials Editor of the Tennessee Law Review and authored an article that appeared in Volume 69 of the Tennessee Law Review.

Erin is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Bar Association, previously served as President of the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and is a Fellow of the Nashville Bar Foundation. She also previously participated in the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law Program. Erin is actively involved in the University of Tennessee College of Law Alumni Council and serves on the Board of Directors of The DISTRICT. She is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell and was named a Rising Star in Mid-South Super Lawyers from 2010 through 2015.
