Faculty Profile: Anne Hunter

Attorney Anne Hunter brings a relationship-based approach to private practice at Hunter Law Firm PLC. With extensive experience in both federal and state courts along with handling cases before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, she understands the complex needs and experiences of clients from all walks of life. She also serves as a Rule 31 mediator in civil cases.

She received an undergraduate degree in English Literature from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, before going on to graduate from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.

She remains a member of several important organizations:

• Tennessee Employment Lawyers Association (Past President)
• Judicial Nominations Committee of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA)
• Rule 31 Mediator (Trained as a State Supreme Court mediator)
• Member of Leadership Brentwood (Steering Committee 2023-2024)
