Biography

A. Neal Graham is a member of the firm of Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh, PLLC and focuses his legal practice on corporate, tax and regulatory issues applicable to business organizations, including, but not limited to, federal and state tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, the issuance of equity and debt instruments by for profit entities. He also has extensive experience representing nonprofit organizations with health care entities being the focus of his nonprofit organization legal practice.
Mr. Graham received his B.B.A. in accountancy (May 1978) and his Juris Doctor (August 1980) from the University of Mississippi, and also received a LL.M. in Taxation (August 1983) from the University of Florida. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Mississippi (MS) and has previously served as an adjunct professor at the University of Mississippi's School of Accountancy and School of Law. He presently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis. He has also served as a frequent lecturer at various seminars on health care law, corporate law and state and federal tax related topics, having lectured at more than fifty such continuing legal education seminars.
