Biography

Brooks Fox was raised in Tullahoma, Tennessee. He holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University (1989) and a law degree from Mercer University (1992). He completed the U.S. Army’s Airborne School in 1987 and was commissioned as a lieutenant in 1989. He completed the Army’s Military Police School in 1994. He passed the Pennsylvania Bar in 1992 and the Tennessee Bar in 1993. He worked with the law firm of Moore & Hedges, Tullahoma, Tennessee from 1993-1998. He has been providing client advice and litigating cases for Metro Nashville's Department of Law from 2000 to the present.
