Joel Wallace has served as Circuit Court Judge for the Nineteenth Judicial District since September 2022. He is a proud Montgomery County native and sixth generation Clarksvillian. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Memphis. From 1999 to 2003 he served as an aide to U.S. Senator Bill Frist in Washington. From 2006 to 2022 he practiced law at the Clarksville firm of Cunningham, Mitchell & Rocconi. Joel and his wife Emily, a fifth grade teacher, are raising two young sons, Clark and Sadler.
