Faculty Profile: Ryan McNally

Ryan P. McNally is the President of Appalachian Title Company, LLC and an attorney with Long, Ragsdale & Waters, PC.  After graduating from the College of Law at the University of Tennessee, Ryan joined Tennessee Valley Title Insurance Co. in 2007 and remained with TVT until 2024.  Ryan graduated with a Concentration in Business Transactions in association with the Clayton Center for Entrepreneurial Law.  He is a member of the Knoxville and Tennessee Bar Associations and the Tennessee and American Land Title Associations.  Prior to law school, Ryan attended the University of Tennessee, where he received a Bachelor in Science degree in Business Administration.  As part of his undergraduate program, Ryan interned in Southern California at one of the nation’s largest mortgage companies, thereby spawning his interest in real property.  Ryan’s practice focuses on real property law, title examinations, and title insurance.  In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending that time with his wife, Jen, and his children, Owen and Maggie.  He also enjoys traveling with his family, fly fishing and cooking.
