Biography

Stacie Odeneal, JD, is a graduate of MTSU ('00) and the University of Tennessee College of Law ('06). After law school, Ms. Odeneal returned to Lawrence County, Tennessee, where she began a solo practice hoping to focus on issues related to agriculture and rural families. In doing so, she developed a particular zealousness for child advocacy, and expanded her generalized practice to include child welfare law.
Ms. Odeneal is a child welfare law specialist, as certified by the National Association of Counsel for Children and a Rule 31 Listed Mediator: General Civil, Family, and domestic violence-trained. She continues to enjoy finding solutions for businesses and families in rural Tennessee.
Her favorite children are those she shares with husband Brian: daughter Madeline, step-daughter Hannah, and step-son Mac. She is a member of the Board of Directors for A Kid's Place Child Advocacy Center, chair of the TBA Juvenile & Children's Law Section Executive Council, member of the Tennessee Supreme Court Improvement Work Group: Juvenile Law, and the Lawrence County B.P.O.E. 2206.
