Faculty Profile: Linda Nieles-Fontanez

Linda Nieles, J.D. is an Assistant General Counsel with the Tennessee Department of Children Services. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Puerto Rico in 1999 and was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 2004. Linda has worked in the area of child welfare since 2005, as a DCS attorney and as a private attorney representing children in dependency and neglect cases.
