Biography

Clinton Sanko of Baker Donelson is the office managing shareholder of the Chattanooga office, the chair of the Firm's eDiscovery and document review services, and a seasoned commercial litigation shareholder.  Mr. Sanko has been the lead lawyer on various high-stakes commercial litigation and has also been appointed as the Special Master in a trade secrets dispute.  He also regularly litigates noncompetition covenants and trade secret matters. As eDiscovery chair, he focuses on efficient, effective, and expeditious management of eDiscovery and document review.
