Faculty Profile: Joseph Connell III

is the Vice President and Counsel, New Media Licensing at SESAC.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Union University before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi School of Law where he co-founded the Mississippi College Sports and Entertainment Law Section.  Connell joined SESAC in 2005 where he was responsible for negotiating and drafting musical composition public performance licenses with a variety of music users.
