The managing member of Lindsey, Amonette, McCarter, Beauchamp + Glassford, PLLC, Caroline Beauchamp provides clients with innovative solutions in family law cases involving high net worth individuals, family owned and closely held businesses, stock options, deferred compensation plans, intellectual property and real estate holdings. She earned a certificate in Business and Law along with her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University, and prior to starting McCarter & Beauchamp, PLLC, in 2008, practiced in the areas of intellectual property, business and insurance coverage litigation. McCarter & Beauchamp, PLLC, merged with Lindsey, Amonette + Glassford, PLLC in January 2024.
Caroline was among the first attorneys in Middle Tennessee to embrace the collaborative process as a desirable method for resolving many family law disputes. In addition to representing individuals in litigated and collaborative family law cases, Caroline is a Rule 31 listed Family Law Mediator.
Caroline is a founding member and former President of the Middle Tennessee Collaborative Alliance. She is a fellow of the Nashville Bar Association and a member of the Williamson County Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
