Biography

Jason Little is inhouse counsel with Titan International, Inc. He is a seasoned corporate generalist providing in-house legal advice and support in transactional and litigation matters involving commercial agreements, M&A, employment, and information technology, as well as corporate compliance and oversight of regulatory matters (to include NHTSA and REACH).

Jason is responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including, but not limited to, commercial lease documents and vendor contracts, purchase and sale agreements and SaaS/software license and other technology agreements; He provide counsel, guidance and interpretation during all stages of the contract life cycle, and evaluates and resolves contractual and operational disputes with landlords and vendors.
 

Jason manages mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence review, drafting of purchase agreements and ancillary documents, and handling of post-closing items. He also tracks and supervises litigation, administrative proceedings and other commercial disputes, mediations and claims by, among other things, reviewing and revising pleadings, supervising discovery and developing strategies for successful outcomes.

Jason provides counsel to company’s HR departments on employment matters in numerous U.S. jurisdictions, including recruitment and hiring, wage and hour, leaves of absence/accommodation requests, workplace investigations, discipline and termination, health and welfare benefits/plans, 401(k) and worker’s compensation.
