Biography
Rachel M. Wright has been in private practice in Hamilton County with a focus on juvenile law for the past eleven years. She is a graduate of UTC (1997) and the University of Tennessee College of Law (2000). Ms. Wright also teaches as an adjunct professor in the paralegal studies program at Chattanooga State Community College.
