Biography

G. Michael Casey graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2001 with a B.A. degree and earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law in 2005. Upon receiving his license to practice law in 2005, Mr. Casey started his own law practice, practicing almost exclusively in the areas of family and juvenile law litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Casey joined the law firm of Divorce Incorporated as a partner/shareholder in 2007, where he grew the firm to three offices, stretching from Memphis, Tennessee, to Clarksville, Tennessee.
In 2015, Mr. Casey, along with Kortney Simmons and Daniel Bryant, formed the law firm Casey, Simmons and Bryant, PLLC, where he acts as the managing member. Mr. Casey's chief areas of practice are complex and contested family law litigation and criminal defense.
