Biography

Mr. Grimmett is one of the preeminent trial lawyers in Tennessee.  He has tried hundreds of cases ranging from general sessions court to the United States Supreme Court.  For the first ten years of his practice, he served the juvenile courts in Middle Tennessee eventually becoming the chairman of the Nashville Bar Association's juvenile court section.  After that experience, he began focusing on personal injury law where his firm has recovered millions of dollars from insurance companies.  David has been named to the top 100 personal injury lawyers in the country by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys and he has represented the state of Tennessee at several national conferences regarding representation of parents and children in juvenile courts.  When not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
