Kimberly Grant Silvus is a Member of Wiseman Ashworth Law Group PLC, a boutique litigation firm in Nashville, Tennessee. Kimberly entered private practice in 2007 and has concentrated her practice on defending physicians, hospitals, and long term care facilities in healthcare liability actions. Kimberly also represents healthcare providers in other aspects of their practices, including licensure and board issues, business transactions, and practice management. Prior to entering private practice, Kimberly clerked for The Honorable Frank G. Clement, Jr. of The Court of Appeals of Tennessee.
Kimberly is a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association and has been an associate in the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Austin Peay Foundation and is the Chairperson of the Permanent Committee on Judiciary for the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Kimberly obtained a B.A. in Foreign Languages from Austin Peay State University, a M.A. in International Boundaries from the University of Durham, and a J.D. from the University of Georgia. She lives in Clarksville, Tennessee with her husband, David, also an attorney, and their two children.
