Faculty Profile: Tracy Schweitzer

Tracy L. Schweitzer is the Staff Counsel to Henry E. Hildebrand, III, Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Middle District of Tennessee, representing that office since November 2005. Tracy holds her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law. Tracy served on the Board of Directors for the Mid-South Commercial Law Institute from 2011 to 2016. Tracy previously specialized in Creditors Rights, representing secured creditors in consumer and commercial bankruptcy and commercial litigation in Federal District Court throughout the State of California. Tracy also has experience representing Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 debtors.
