Faculty Profile: Jaime Drown

Jaime Drown is operations and regulatory counsel for Hospital Corporation of America.  Prior to joining HCA, she practiced healthcare regulatory law at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP.   In her role with HCA, Jaime acts as primary legal counsel to physician practice groups and applicable Division leadership in multiple markets.  Her specific responsibilities include triage and resolution of regulatory, compliance and general operational issues (including compliance with Stark, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act and HIPAA).  She has significant experience in negotiating and drafting physician employment and other professional service contracts.  Jaime assists with drafting, reviewing and advising on company-wide policy development and implementation. 

Jaime graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law.  She is a board member of Sports 4 All, a local, nonprofit organization.
