Faculty Profile: Danielle Sloane

Danielle Sloane is an attorney at Bass, Berry & Sims, PLC practicing exclusively in the area of healthcare law. She advises a broad range of healthcare providers, including ambulatory surgical centers, clinical laboratories, hospitals, academic medical centers, durable medical equipment suppliers and urgent care and retail health centers. Danielle also represents life sciences companies including research and development organizations in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device areas. She counsels the firm’s clients on a multitude of complex healthcare regulatory, compliance, operational and transactional issues they face while operating in one of the most heavily regulated industries in the country. Those issues can range from structuring new and innovative programs and ventures, conducting compliance assessments and internal investigations, and responding to governmental audits, reviews and inquiries. Danielle received her JD and a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia.
