Tiffany Johnson majored in Literature and worked as an English teacher before following in her father's footsteps to become an attorney. After practicing personal injury law at a national firm, she soon found her niche and ventured out on her own as a freelance legal writer, focused on appellate briefs and dispositive motions. In that capacity, she taught CLE seminars on legal research and writing, document design, and effective argumentation. For nine years, Tiffany also taught college courses and trained adjunct faculty as Coordinator of the Legal Studies Program at the University of Memphis. She now works for LexisNexis, coaching account teams and giving presentations to some of the nation’s largest law firms on legal research and legal technology.
