Faculty Profile: S. Madison Roberts IV

Matt Roberts is a Member in the firm’s Real Estate and Banking Service Group. His practice focuses on representing financial institutions, businesses, and non-profit entities in commercial and real estate finance, as well as real estate acquisitions, leasing, conservation easements, and other real estate and commercial transactions. Matt also represents both creditors and fiduciaries in probate and trust administration matters, and has considerable experience representing property investors, lenders, and insurers in resolving real estate title problems.
