Josh has a general civil practice, specializing in advising and litigating in the areas of business law, construction law, and wills and estates. Prior to Phillips Ralston, Josh was a partner with the law firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings. He clerked for Chief Justice William Barker on the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Josh is a 2002 graduate of Duke University with a B.S. degree in Economics. He received his J.D. degree summa cum laude in 2006 from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was named to the Order of the Coif.
