Faculty Profile: Marlene Boshears

P. Marlene Boshears is an attorney with Boshears Law.  Marlene graduated from Nashville School of Law and practices primarily in Family, Juvenile, and Adoption Law.  Marlene formerly worked as counsel for the Department of Children's Services and as an Administrative Law Hearing Officer for the Department of Human Services.  Marlene is the mother of three active children and serves on the Tennessee Justice Task Force Court Improvement Committee, her church council, and as the leader of a great group of Girl Scout Brownies!  Marlene maintains memberships in the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Williamson County Bar Association, and the Maury County Bar Association.
