Responsibilities included contract preparation, litigation management, dispute resolution/mediation, administrative, human resources, employee relations, investor relations, and corporate secretarial functions.

Developed and implemented corporate-wide FCPA and antitrust compliance training.

Handled reductions in force and employee terminations, including preparation, negotiation and termination of employment agreements.

Managed commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, including disputes involving the termination of employees, sexual harassment and ADA issues.
