Faculty Profile: Nicole Dunlap

Nicole Bermel Dunlap is a management-side labor and employment attorney in the Memphis, TN office of Littler Mendelson, P.C. Ms. Dunlap graduated magna cum laude from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. In law school, Nicole served as a Notes Editor on the editorial board of the University of Memphis Law Review, interned with the Honorable Judge Diane K. Vescovo Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Tennessee and the National Labor Relations Board, District 26. As a Cecil C. Humphreys law fellow, Nicole was honored to assist several professors in civil procedure research for updates to the book Tennessee Civil Procedure. Upon graduation, Ms. Dunlap served as a law clerk to the Honorable David R. Farmer of the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Ms. Dunlap currently represents corporate clients in all areas of employment and labor relations.
