Faculty Profile: Bethany Conover

Bethany G. (Huskey) Conover grew up in Tullahoma, TN and received her undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of New Orleans in 1995.  After many years as a social worker and probation/parole officer, she attended Nashville School of Law and graduated in 2007.  She joined her family's firm and practiced primarily criminal and domestic law for two years before becoming an attorney advisor at the Nashville ODAR office.  She came to the newly created Franklin ODAR office in July 2011 as a mentor and trainer for the staff of new attorney advisors and paralegal writers and continues to work in that office writing decisions for claims adjudicated in the 4^th, 6^th,and 11^thcircuits. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and currently serves on the Disability Law Section Executive Council.  

Beth lives with her husband, Richard, in Antioch, TN and is the proud mom of one son who is currently serving in the U.S. Navy.
