Faculty Profile: John Triggs

John Triggs has tried more than 115 jury and non-jury cases. He has argued more than 65 appeals in federal and state courts, and has handled scores of arbitrations and injunction proceedings. He counsels clients throughout the U.S. and abroad on litigation and strategic business matters. He also serves as special outside counsel to the Milwaukee Brewers AAA franchise, the Nashville Sounds. Mr. Triggs has extensive experience in trials involving: Product liability defense, unfair competition, insurance coverage, real estate syndication, contracts, bankruptcy, Uniform Commercial Code matters, civil rights, securities fraud personal injury, admiralty, consumer product safety, partnership law, real estate leases, professional liability and white collar criminal defense.
