Biography

Ms. Lacey's practice concentrates in the areas of government relations, public policy and strategy development, and lobbying. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Ms. Lacey joined the firm in January 2008 after relocating to Nashville from Washington, D.C. where she worked as a health care policy advisor and legislative assistant to U. S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist. Prior to working with Senator Frist on health care issues, Ms. Lacey represented U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski and the state of Alaska's interests on intelligence, trade, and foreign relations issues in the Senator's Washington, D.C. office. In addition to her policy experience, Ms. Lacey has held various positions on state, local and national political campaigns including political director, grassroots coordinator, advance coordinator and event director. In those positions, she was tasked with policy and strategy development, message formulation, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key operatives and donors around the country. She is a member of the TN Lobbyist Association, the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
