Bill Parks has a long and varied legal career of service to a broad array of intellectual property law clients. Versed in all aspects of intellectual property, Bill has over 25 years experience in the field, serving in various roles from Patent Examiner, to Patent Agent, to in-house Intellectual Property Counsel, to law firm Partner.  Mr. Parks has developed a reputation of excellent service and highly loyal and appreciative client following. He has represented inventors from four different continents, and has obtained over 450 United States Patents (including 5 as a named inventor himself) and thousands of foreign patents for his clients in a wide range of technologies (from consumer mechanical devices to  chemical compounds and compositions, to computer software and business methods, to genetic engineering, and everything in-between).  With a thriving trademark practice, as well as extensive experience in copyright protections, he has a full understanding of the commercial and legal needs of clients seeking to market and maximize return on their innovations, whether directly or through licensing.
