Biography

Lindsay H. Sisco is Associate Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Transportation, specifically serving the 26 counties of Region 3 in middle Tennessee.  She is an experienced civil and appellate litigator in labor and employment, contracts, education, and administrative law.  Lindsay is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law where she served as Chief Judge of its Trial Advocacy Board and was the Scholar of Merit of her 1L Lawyering & Legal Reasoning class.  She is a member of the TBALL Class of 2023 and was law clerk to the Honorable William B. Cain and the Honorable Andy D. Bennett of the Tennessee Court of Appeals and to the Honorable William A. Shashy, formerly of the 15th Judicial Circuit of Alabama.
