Biography

Gary Montle has been with Patterson Intellectual Property Law since 2008 and focuses his practice on the procurement and enforcement of intellectual property rights. He advises clients throughout each stage of the process for patent, trademark and copyright issues, including strategic portfolio development, scope of protection, licensing and enforcement.

Prior to joining Patterson Intellectual Property Law, Montle worked in the manufacturing industry as a field service engineer at Beta Lasermike Inc., out of offices in Atlanta, Ga. and Miami, Fla.
