Jeremy is a partner with Patrick, Beard, Schulman & Jacoway, P.C. He focuses on civil and criminal litigation for businesses, individuals, government entities, and utilities and on the formation, governance, and day-to-day operations of businesses. The majority of his litigation practice has been devoted to business and commercial litigation, trust and estate litigation, and trust and will contests. He also practices construction, white collar criminal, and domestic litigation and represents businesses and individuals in internal investigations and in civil and criminal government investigations. He has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts in jury and bench trials and in administrative court trials and in arbitrations and at mediation. When necessary, he represents clients through appeal when one side or the other has appealed a decision of the trial court. He, finally, assists business owners in selecting and forming a business entity, maintaining the entity’s legal status, and in solving day-to-day problems and in capitalizing on opportunities.
