Charles R. Frazier is a Board-Certified Estate Planning Law Specialist and a Tax Attorney. He earned a J.D. at the University of Tennessee College of Law, a Master of Taxation degree from Florida Atlantic University, and an LL.M (taxation) from the University of Alabama. Mr. Frazier founded his tax and estate planning law firm in 2009 after gaining experience as an I.R.S. Internal Revenue Agent. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Rutherford and Cannon County Bar Association, and Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee.
Mr. Frazier provides tax planning advice to self-employed persons to avoid tax problems. He also helps business owners fix I.R.S. or Tenn. Revenue Dept. tax problems. Mr. Frazier also helps entrepreneurs create business exit/succession plans to harvest the benefits of building a profitable business. Mr. Frazier guides individuals through probate to transfer a lost loved one’s assets to their family. He also helps families find peace of mind by creating plans to protect their personal and real property during disability and pass those assets to those they love at their death.
Mr. Frazier loves learning and sharing knowledge with those who need his help. Mr. Frazier is a husband and father of four children. He enjoys working out, cooking, gardening, and volunteering for various nonprofit organizations in Rutherford County, Tennessee.
