Faculty Profile: Kasey Washburn

Kasey Washburn serves as a legislative attorney for the Tennessee General Assembly, where she drafts legislation and provides legal analysis to state legislators. Kasey has served the House Education Instruction and Programs Committee, House Education Administration and Planning Committee, House Business and Utilities Committee, House Insurance and Banking Committee, House Government Operations Committeee, Senate Government Operations Committee, and Senate Education Committee. She received her law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Prior to joining the Office of Legal Services, Kasey practiced civil litigation in West Tennessee.
