Faculty Profile: Kevin Page

Kevin Page is an associate with Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP. Large health systems and other healthcare providers rely on Kevin Page for advice and counsel on a wide variety of regulatory compliance, operational and transactional matters.  Kevin's practice focuses on Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement, HIPAA privacy and security issues, and Stark and anti-kickback compliance. Healthcare clients benefit from his experience with overpayment determinations and regulatory investigations as well as audits and appeals involving state and federal reimbursement issues.  He also assists hospitals, physician practices, surgery centers and other healthcare providers and suppliers in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

Kevin received his J.D., magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and his B.S., summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
