Faculty Profile: Kasey Culbreath

The Hon. Kasey Culbreath is a chancellor for the 25th judicial District Chancery Court of Tennessee. She joined
the bench in 2022.
The 25th Judicial District includes Fayette, Hardeman, Lauderdale, McNairy, and Tipton Counties. Prior to her judicial tenure, Culbreath operated her own private practice and was the city attorney for the City of
Atoka.
She received a bachelor's degree from Rhodes College. Culbreath then completed a J.D. at Samford University
Cumberland School of Law.
